Franchise Expansion — Our Very First Store
Vietnamese-Style Body Relaxation
Be a founding member
of a brand-new store.
Opening October 1, 2026 in Ueno, Tokyo.
We are hiring opening therapists to build, from zero,
a brand that will grow across Japan.

Not just body care — stretching, dry head spa, even ear cleaning. Through professional training, you can master Vietnamese-style total care, still rare in Japan, starting from zero.
Unlike commission-only salons, you are paid ¥1,500/hr while waiting for customers or preparing. During treatments, your rate rises to ¥3,000–4,500/hr. Even on days with few bookings, your income never drops to zero.
Everyone starts at the same time. There are many Japanese staff too, and you learn together from training, so friendships come naturally. Customer service and staff conversations are in Japanese, so your Japanese communication skills will keep improving.
KUON is the very first store of a brand built for franchise expansion. Every time store No. 2 and No. 3 open, new positions appear: store manager, trainer, full-time staff. The first members stand closest to those chances.
This is not just massage.
KUON's service is "Vietnamese-style total care" — caring for one customer completely, from their feet to the top of their head. Through training, you will learn techniques you can only learn here, one by one.
Customers relax as their feet warm up in an aroma foot bath set in a ceramic sink, and we finish by carefully washing their feet. KUON's hospitality begins here.
Loosening the back, lower back, and legs — the most fundamental and important part of the massage. This is where we thoroughly work out the customer's stiffness.
We carefully care for the hands, arms, and décolleté area, all the way down to the feet and thighs.
After body care comes a face pack. A special hot eye mask goes over the eyes, leading into a time of deep relaxation.
Close-up of hands: a therapist carefully trimming a customer's fingernails (clean, bright)
While the pack and eye mask do their work, we tidy the customer's nails and heels — fingernails and toenails alike. For toenail care we wear gloves and apply a sanitizing deodorant spray first, so both the customer and the therapist can feel at ease.
A popular treatment now talked about as "the ultimate ASMR." Ear cleaning may sound a little scary, but our training teaches you the correct technique properly, so don't worry. Many customers come back just for this.
After removing the pack and hot eye mask, we carefully loosen the scalp using fingertip pressure. A dry-style head treatment — no water or shampoo.
Finally, a full-body stretch to finish. This closing step draws heavily on traditional Thai massage techniques.
After the treatment, customers enjoy a drink — a choice of several herbal teas, hot or iced (served by our reception staff). We send them off with a smile while they are still in that relaxed afterglow.
This is not a commission-only system where "no customers means no pay." While you are at work — cleaning, preparing, or waiting — every hour is paid.
With a stable income, you can work here long-term with peace of mind.
Even higher during treatments
¥3,000–¥4,500/hour
Training is paid at ¥1,400/hour
Training hours are determined individually based on your experience and skill assessment
| Rank (typical timing) | While Waiting | During Treatment |
|---|---|---|
| Training period Paid during training too | ¥1,400/hr | |
| Rank E Everyone without experience starts here after passing training | ¥1,500/hr | ¥3,000/hr |
| Rank D Promotion possible in as little as 1–2 months | ¥1,500/hr | ¥3,300/hr |
| Rank C Once your requests and customer ratings are stable | ¥1,500/hr | ¥3,600/hr |
| Rank B Upper tier; experienced therapists may be able to start here | ¥1,500/hr | ¥3,900/hr |
| Rank A Experienced or highly rated therapists | ¥1,500/hr | ¥4,200/hr |
| Rank S Core members who also handle training and quality control | ¥1,500/hr | ¥4,500/hr |
* Ranks are determined by the number of requests, customer ratings, and skill checks, and rise in ¥300 steps. The treatment hourly rate is the total amount including waiting pay.
Every time a customer requests you by name, ¥1,000 becomes entirely your income. The aroma oil add-on option also pays you ¥1,000 per session (¥500 during the opening period).
* Examples calculated using waiting pay of ¥1,500/hour + treatment pay (E ¥3,000 / B ¥3,900 / A ¥4,200), ¥1,000 per request, 4 weeks per month, and working hours excluding a 1-hour break. Oil back-pay is calculated at ¥500 per session for the "right after debut" and "experienced start" examples (opening period) and ¥1,000 per session for the Rank B example. Treatment hours vary with the store's bookings (we expect fewer treatment hours right after opening).
* Everyone without experience starts at Rank E. Rank criteria and promotion timing may be adjusted after operations begin.
From just 2 days a week. Easy to balance with school or family.

Japanese and Asian staff chatting in the break room, natural smiles
Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, China — and Japan. Teammates from many countries all start together as "opening classmates." Training and breaks are shared, so friendships form naturally.
Customer service is in Japanese. Conversations with Japanese teammates are in Japanese. Because you use it every day, polite speech and service phrases become second nature. "I became confident in my Japanese" is a hidden asset of this job.
KUON is a wholesome relaxation salon. There are absolutely no sexual services for customers, and if a customer makes a sexual request, the rule is that you may stop the treatment immediately (in malicious cases they will be banned and reported to the police — the store will protect its staff with everything it has). In the same way, staff are strictly prohibited from approaching customers, exchanging contact details, or meeting them outside the store. Because everyone follows the same rules, everyone can work with peace of mind.
Towels and sheets are always replaced for each customer, and beds and tools are disinfected every time. Uniform and grooming standards are clearly defined. Both your workplace and the customers' space are kept clean at all times.

KUON is operated by Rising Entertainment Co., Ltd., an IT company now in its 16th year since founding in Tokyo. This is not a small privately run shop — you will work under a proper employment contract, payroll, and labor management. Shifts and the 28-hour weekly limit are also managed accurately with our in-house system.
